Penalty Notices for Disorder

On 1 July 2013, penalty notices for disorder (PNDs) for the following offences under the Licensing Act 2003 were increased from £80 to £90:

• sale of alcohol to an indivdual aged under 18;
• supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to an indivdual aged under 18;
• purchase or attempted purchase of alcohol for an indivdual aged under 18;
• purchase or attempted purchase of alcohol for an indivdual aged under 18 for consumption on relevant premises;
• delivery alcohol to an indivdual aged under 18; and
• sale of alcohol to a person who is drunk.
